Since Garter has built more than 45 plants at moment in Pakistan also more than 20 plants to the entire world, such as Thailand, India, China, Myanmar, Nigeria, Botswana Tanzania, South Africa, Russia, Iran, Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea and Syria etc., for example, Garter has successfully built one Laminated PP + Paper sandwich cement bags making plant in Tanzania in 1997, capacity at 18 million bags/year, this factory supplied good quality cement bag to the neighborhood nations, improve the cement packing quality in Africa.
