Hsin Ruey was founded in 1987 by our owner Michael Hsu and his wife. At first, it was very difficult and strenuous because the only thing they had was one embroidery machine and each other. In order to meet the deadline of the orders, they usually had to work overnight and then delivered the goods by themselves in the early morning. Once, Michael fell asleep in the car after he delivered the goods and his wife passed out while working for being exhausted because they hadn't closed their eyes for 3 days. Their insistence on Hsin Ruey prompted the growing business every year.
In 1999, the diligent couple set up a factory (Sheen Ray) in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Sheen Ray is now equipped with 40 Tajima embroidery machines and 3 printing machines to fulfill our customers' needs.
